Due to time restrictions I can no longer offer solutions to Internet
problems by email. The content of any email, which asks for a solution
to an Internet problem will be posted here. Of course any personal
details, such as an email address, name, or telephone number will
be deleted. Or anything else which would give an indication of the
source's identity.
The other option is to directly submit your problem on the form
below. There will be a delay before the problem is posted live on
the page. This is to make sure the submission is not spam. A list
of current problem submissions is provided below. And below that
is the submission form, please submit the program or subject which
is causing the problem, your system's operating system and browser
and the problem itself.
Be sure to remove any personal details from your problem. Or any
detail which could identify you. These details can sometimes be
used for identity theft.
