I have a problem getting into my e-mails...

I have lost everything which includes inbox....sent.....contact list, and I have had to set up a new address, which is the one you see at the top of this e-mail...

Is there anyway I can retrieve/restore my original e-mail address..

I am desperate because I have my girlfriend whose address in my contact list along with some very important addresses.

Also there are a lot of personal letter's in my inbox

Please help, I am not very up on computing, and in a way it's my life line...
